We also do the following foundation treatments for your home that the others don't :

Foundations are a very important part of your home. At Austwide Homes, we do 600 x 300 deep concrete pier holes. In this concrete foundation, we have a number of tie-down straps to anchor your home. This is a feature that most of our competitors do not do. They dig 150mm into the ground and place a sole pad 400 x 400 on a sand bed.

All homes are built with a bracing detail to alpine regions. These two factors are built into into the price of your home at Austwide and we cannot stress enough the importance of the features.
